If
you have suffered personal injury due to non-enforcement of
immigration law and don't know where to turn, Friends of Immigration
Law Enforcement will
be happy to see whether we can help. However,
there are some things you need to do first:
1)
Write 2-3 clear, concise paragraphs detailing exactly why you
need our help, what happened, and exactly what documentation
or evidence you possess;
2)
Detail exactly the personal injury you suffered;
3)
Include in the paragraphs the names, titles, and phone numbers
of relevant parties, including the intended defendant(s);
4)
Insert at the bottom of the message these words:
"I
am providing this information to Friends of Immigration Law
Enforcement (FILE) freely, voluntarily, and with no expectations
or demands whatsoever. I agree this information is the property
of FILE and its representatives, and -- FILE may use this
information in any way it deems necessary. I hold FILE and
its representatives harmless in every respect, and represent,
warrant and confirm that the information contained herein
is truthful. I agree that FILE may use any or all of this
information in any way whatsoever, including, but not limited
to, publication. I understand that FILE is not obligated to
respond or act in any way due to this information or any request
I may send to it. I further understand and agree that no attorney-client
relationship exists between FILE and me or any related party
unless agreed in writing."
5)
Then send an email with all of the above to Legal
Help.
(Notice,
at this time we do not pursue marriage fraud cases.)
