The effects of massive immigration on the U.S. health care system has had devastating consequences for many Americans

FILE has initiated a court action in Los Angeles County, which is improperly providing health care to foreign nationals at the expense of American citizens and taxpayers.

The suit seeks to compel the county to seek reimbursement for the services rendered as required by Federal law.
