Jia Yunkun is a Chinese citizen who ran away from her Chinese tour group at San Francisco as they were returning to China. After a nationwide alert, Jia turned up with relatives who had secretly pre-arranged to meet her at the airport and whisk her off to their home in Massachusettes.

The relatives are guilty of felony smuggling, yet the INS is not as yet pressing charges. They must. More importantly, their attorney, Shen Shin Lu, of Boston, must be investigated for asylum fraud, and prosecuted if warranted.
